Dear Mr President,

I sincerely congratulate you on your convincing victory in the elections of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic.

I was totally confident in your victory in this election. As an Azerbaijani citizen, who is sincerely proud of his homeland, and as an admirer of the policy of the genius politician of our time, your father Heydar Aliyev and you, the worthy follower of the policy of the national leader aimed at increasing the welfare of his people, I sincerely congratulate you.

I am proud of you. I once had a meeting with you and genius Heydar Aliyev. The pleasant impressions from these meetings are engraved in my memory forever. Regardless of where I live, I always try to bear the name of the Azerbaijani citizen with pride and promote the modern realities established in our republic thanks to your policy and the tolerance of the Azerbaijani people. You are a modern intellectual who is an example not just to our politicians, but also to our youth.

I wish strong health and happiness to you, your family and all your loved ones from Almighty God.
