A ceremony has been held to decorate the Presidents of Azerbaijan and Ukraine

After the fourth session of the Council of the Presidents of the Azerbaijan Republic and Ukraine, a ceremony was held to decorate the heads of state.

First, the decree of President Viktor Yanukovych to decorate Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev with the Liberty Order of Ukraine was read out.

Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych handed the Liberty Order to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

Then, the decree of President Ilham Aliyev to decorate Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych with the Heydar Aliyev Order of the Azerbaijan Republic was read out.

President Ilham Aliyev handed the Heydar Aliyev Order to President Viktor Yanukovych.
