I am proud to congratulate you on your re-election as President of the Azerbaijan Republic.

I have great hopes for the strengthening of cooperation between your government and our organization in order to find a solution for internally displaced persons in Azerbaijan and to further develop procedures related to asylum and refugees in line with the highest European standards.

Taking advantage of the opportunity, I would like to express my profound thanks to you for more than 20 years of cooperation and partnership between Azerbaijan and the UN High Commission for Refugees.
