Wishing you success in your work, I want to note my continued readiness for all important matters in another term of your presidency in order to deepen ties between the two countries for the benefit of our peoples.
I appreciate your strong stand that serves the common interests of our countries.
I want to bring to your attention that due to some problems that arose with my health, I could not convey these congratulations to you immediately after the elections of 9 October. Thank God, there are no problems with my health any more. So I can send you my sincere congratulations on the occasion of your convincing victory in the presidential elections.
