On behalf of the Azerbaijani diaspora in the Federal State of Lower Saxony in Germany and members of the German-Azerbaijani Society Khazar functioning in Hannover, I warmly congratulate you on your birthday.
Our historical homeland - the Azerbaijan Republic - has gained huge successes under your leadership over the past 10 years. The economic, political, and social life of the country has been enriched by historical achievements. Azerbaijan has become a leading country in the region. Azerbaijan’s prestige in the international arena has increased. Our country was elected a member of the UN Security Council. The formation of diaspora entities has taken on a large scale and the geography of propaganda of the realities of our country in the international arena has expanded. Today, Azerbaijan has become a centre that hosts international events, humanitarian forums and sports competitions. All this has increased the authority of Azerbaijan worldwide.
Mr President, taking this pleasant opportunity, I wish you good health and success in all initiatives in the name of the development of our Azerbaijan. May Allah bless you!
