President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has been familiarized with the construction of a new building of the Ganja State Philharmonic Hall.
The head of state reviewed the stand describing the design of the Philharmonic Hall.
The foundation of the Ganja State Philharmonic Hall was laid in a ceremony attended by the President of Azerbaijan on 21 January 2012. Currently, construction work in the building is in full swing.
It was indicated that there would be a 1,200-seat concert hall, an outdoor summer cinema, an art gallery, an urban center and an observation tower in the building. The building will also operate catering facilities, an underground car park and ancillary facilities. On the façade of the building there will be sculptures of the luminaries of Azerbaijani music.
President Ilham Aliyev gave instructions regarding timely and quality execution of the construction work.
