President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has met with President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Suma Chakrabarti in Davos.

The sides expressed their satisfaction with the processes taking place in Azerbaijan in recent years, the economic development, the attention being paid to the non-oil sector and the successes achieved, the elimination of unemployment and poverty, and the fight against corruption. The parties also expressed their confidence that the relations between Azerbaijan and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development would continue to develop successfully.
