President Ilham Aliyev met Gérard Mestrallet, GDF Suez CEO, in Davos.

It was noted at the meeting that the high-level cooperation between Azerbaijan and France in various spheres has good prospects and the special role of GDF Suez in the development of these links was emphasized. 

During the conversation satisfaction was expressed with the work being carried out with GDF Suez in the Absheron gas-field and opinions were exchanged on cooperation in other spheres.
