Ilham Aliyev received the newly-appointed Ambassador of Mexico to Azerbaijan

President Ilham Aliyev received the credentials of the newly-appointed ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the United Mexican States to the country, Mrs Martha Elena Barcena.

Ambassador Martha Elena Barcena passed in front of the guard of honour.

Mrs Martha Elena Barcena handed her credentials to President Ilham Aliyev.

Then, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev spoke with the ambassador.

Ambassador Martha Elena Barcena said that her country was interested in developing cooperation with Azerbaijan in various fields, including in the energy sector.
