President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Secretary General of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-Speaking States Halil Akinci.

They spoke of the events conducted within the framework of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-Speaking States, and discussed the issues related to cooperation prospects.
