Dear Madam President,

I have been deeply saddened by the news of numerous casualties in the crash of ferry "Sevol".

On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan I express my heartfelt condolences in connection with this tragedy to you, the families and friends of the victims, all the people of your country, and wish a speedy recovery to those injured.
