I have been deeply saddened by the news of the death and injury of many people as a result of an accident at a coal mine in the Soma district of Manisa province.
Sharing in your sorrow over the tragedy, I express my deepest condolences to you, the families and friends of the victims and all the people of Turkey on my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, and wish a speedy recovery to the injured.
May Allah rest their souls in peace!
