It gives us an utmost honor and privilege on behalf of the Board and Member Organizations of the Islamic Conference Youth Forum for Dialogue and Cooperation (ICYF-DC), an international institution affiliated to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, to extend to Your Excellency and the brotherly people of Azerbaijan our cordial congratulations on the occasion of the Republic Day of Azerbaijan.
