Mr. President,

On the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I have great pleasure in conveying to Your Excellency and the Government and people of Azerbaijan my warmest congratulations, together with those of the Government and people of Cambodia. I seize this opportunity to extend to you my best wishes for personal well-being as well as for a happy future of the people of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

I am convinced that the recent official visit of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Royal Government of Cambodia, to the Republic of Azerbaijan, has laid the foundations for the future expansion of the relationship into new areas to the mutual benefit of both countries.
