Abdullah Gul expressed satisfaction with the successful development of friendly and fraternal relations between Turkey and Azerbaijan on all fronts during his presidential tenure, and emphasized the special role of personal friendship with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in the development of these ties.
