President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has met with Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjorn Jagland in Munich.
The parties discussed the issues related to ongoing democratic processes in Azerbaijan, and settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
