Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on ratification of the “Agreement on Military Financial Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Turkey”, signed on December 16, 2010 in Ankara

1. The “Agreement on Military Financial Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Turkey”, signed on December 16, 2010, should be ratified.

2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan should carry out all necessary measures for the implementation of the Agreement indicated in the 1st clause of this Decree.

3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan should notify the Government of the Republic of Turkey about the implementation of internal state procedures necessary for enforcement of the Agreement, indicated in the 1st clause of this Decree.
