Dear Mrs. President,

On behalf of myself and the people of Azerbaijan, I convey my sincere congratulations to You and Your people on your national holiday – the Day of Re-establishment of the State of Lithuania.

Traditional Azerbaijan-Lithuanian relations of friendship and cooperation are on the path of dynamic development. I am confident that we will continue successively our efforts for development of our interstate relations and deepening of cooperation both bilaterally and within the framework of international organizations.

On this remarkable day, I extend You my best regards, and wish peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Lithuania.
