Dear Mr. President,

Dear brother,

I was deeply shocked by the news of heavy human loss as a result of a terrorist act in Suruc district, Sanliurfa province.

On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own, I extend my deep condolences to you, families and loved ones of those who died and the whole people of Turkey, and wish those injured recovery.

May Allah rest the souls of the dead in peace!
