Dear Mr. President,

Dear brother,

I was deeply saddened by the news of the killing and wounding of Turkish servicemen as a result of a terrorist act in Daglica, Hakkari province.

The people of Turkey can be sure that those who committed these terrorist acts will never be able to reach their dirty aims.

On the occasion of this tragedy, on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own, I extend my deep condolences to you, families and loved ones of those who died and the friendly people of Turkey, and wish those wounded recovery.

May Allah rest the souls of the dead in peace!
