His Excellency Mr. llham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Dear Mr. President,

I would like to extend to Your Excellency, on behalf of the State of Palestine, its people, and my own behalf, and through you to your esteemed government and the brotherly people of Azerbaijan, and the bereaved families, our sincere heartfelt condolences and consolations for the victims of the unfortunate and tragic fire accident at the Guneshli oil field in the Caspian Sea, which led to victims and injures. Praying to Allah Almighty to embrace the victims with His extensive mercy, and bless the injured with quick recovery. As well as we plead to Allah to bestow upon you continuous health, and protect you, your people and country in security, stability and prosperity.
