The III Summit of the “Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia” took place at “Chiragan” Palace in Istanbul. President Ilham Aliyev attended the summit.

Turkish President Abdullah Gul and Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev welcomed the state and government leaders attending the summit meeting.

State and government leaders delivered speeches at the summit.
