- I am very thankful for your invitation. Several months ago when talking to you, I decided to visit Azerbaijan as the head of state of a country, chairing the OSCE. Of course, the talk was about regional issues in this respect. Taking into account our good bilateral economic relations, there are many issues and work to be discussed.

We can benefit from the talks you had with Europe, the contributions made via Twinning project and exchange the experience in conducting talks. We are open to share our experience with you.

Thank you.
