President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has attended the opening of a Children's Art School as part of his visit to Sumgayit.
The head of state cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the school.
The construction of the building started last December.
The three-storey school has 80 classrooms. The school was provided with state-of the-art equipment. The school will have a total enrollment of 800 pupils who will be served by 226 teachers.
