Dear Mr President,

I was deeply saddened by the news of casualties caused by a railway crash in Semnan province.

On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I extend my deep condolences to you, the families and loved ones of those who died and the people of Iran, and wish the injured soonest recovery.

May Allah rest the souls of the dead in peace!
