Ilham Aliyev received delegation led by Turkish minister of food, agriculture and livestock

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received a Turkish delegation led by Minister of Food, Agriculture and Livestock Faruk Celik.

Minister Faruk Celik conveyed greetings of President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Prime Minister Binali Yildirim to the head of state. The minister expressed his gratitude for the establishment of the Labor Center of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in Baku recommended by President Ilham Aliyev, and hailed its successful activity. Faruk Celik said the Turkish Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock and Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Agriculture enjoy close cooperation.

President Ilham Aliyev recalled with pleasure his recent phone conversation with President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his meeting with Prime Minister Binali Yildirim in Munich. Stressing the importance of the Third Ministerial Meeting of the Southern Gas Corridor Advisory Council in Baku, the head of state noted that he had a fruitful meeting with Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of the Republic of Turkey Berat Albayrak.

They said there is good potential for relations between the two countries` agricultural ministries, and exchanged views over cooperation prospects.

The head of state thanked for the greetings of President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Prime Minister Binali Yildirim, and asked Faruk Celik to extend his greetings to the President and Prime Minister of Turkey.
