Dear Mr. President,

We were deeply shocked by heavy casualties and injuries as a result of a series of blasts in your country.

We are outraged by such brutal acts against innocent people, and consider it essential to conduct a resolute and consistent fight against the evil of terrorism in all its manifestations.

On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I extend my deepest condolences to you, families and loved ones of those who were killed and the whole people of Egypt, and wish those injured the soonest possible recovery.
