Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:

1. To approve the following documents signed between the Republic of Azerbaijan and Romania in Baku on 18 April 2011:

1.1. The Protocol on cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania;
1.2. The Agreement on cooperation in the spheres of health and medical science between the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Health of Romania;
1.3. The Agreement on cooperation between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Romania.

2. To task the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan with taking the necessary measures to ensure execution of the documents mentioned in Clauses 1.1-1.3 of the present Decree.

3. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with informing the Government of Romania of the execution of necessary state procedures for the enactment of the documents mentioned in Clauses 1.1-1.3 of the present Decree.
