Ilham Aliyev viewed works done in Jojug Marjanli village

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has visited Jojug Marjanli village to view restoration works.

President, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev started his visit by opening a new village road. 

Chairman of Azeravtoyol OJSC Saleh Mammadov informed the head of state that the road is 9km in length and 12m in width.

The construction of the two-lane highway was carried out in accordance with President Ilham Aliyev`s order on “Additional measures relating to the construction of the road to Jojug Marjanli village in Jabrayil district”.

The construction work saw the renovation of a 24m-long bridge over the road. 76 traffic signs and information boards were installed along the road.

The head of state cut the ribbon symbolizing the official opening of the road.
