On the occasion of the celebration of the National Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I would like to address my most sincere congratulations to you along with the wishes for prosperity and peace of your country.
Wish the best memories, I recall our recent meeting and exchange of views in Baku. It is a great pleasure to see the intensive development and friendly relations between Latvia and Azerbaijan. I look forward to meeting you in Riga this July.
