During the said event, which was attended by a very large number of participants, you ensured the spread of the ideology of Azerbaijanism in many countries.

The unshakable unity you have ensured is important not only for Azerbaijan, it is reminiscent of the Sun rising on the skyline of the Turkic world. Your deeds are a guarantee of a bright future for the Turkic world. To be more exact, the Congress of World Azerbaijanis has become a holiday for all Turks.
