Dear Mr President,

On the occasion of your re-election in the high office of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I would like to congratulate you and to wish you success in your new mandate.

In this symbolic year, both for Romania and for the Republic of Azerbaijan, I am confident that we shall have the opportunity to deepen the Strategic Partnership between our two countries and to steer a pragmatic course for our bilateral economic cooperation, on the basis of concrete projects.
