On behalf of myself and the people of Azerbaijan, I convey my most sincere congratulations to you and your people on the national holiday of your country –the State Independence Day.

I hope that the relations of friendship and cooperation between Azerbaijan and the Kyrgyz Republic, that enjoy deep historical roots, will always develop and enhance in accordance with the interests of our people.
