On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I extend my sincerest congratulations to you and all the people of your country on the occasion of the national day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Independence Day.

Azerbaijan and Vietnam are bound together by good ties. Our countries and peoples enjoy rich traditions of friendship relations and cooperation in a number of areas of mutual interest.

I believe that the current high level of our inter-governmental relations will continue to serve as an outstanding foundation for our joint fruitful activities in all areas.

On this remarkable day, I wish you good health, success in your endeavors, and the friendly people of Vietnam lasting peace and prosperity.
