President Ilham Aliyev has received a delegation led by the chairman of the SK Korean group of companies, Chey Tae Won.
Chey Tae Won informed the head of state of the work his company is doing in Azerbaijan. He said that considering Azerbaijan’s rapid economic development, the group is interested in participating in the country’s transport projects, including the construction of automobile and rail roads and the underground, as well as IT and non-oil sector projects.
President Ilham Aliyev pointed to the importance of SK activities associated with the establishment of an intelligent transport management center in Baku. The head of state expressed hope that the visit of the delegation led by the chairman of the SK group of companies, Chey Tae Won, would be successful.
The sides also exchanged views on the prospects for SK’s activities in Azerbaijan.
