Dear Mr. President,

The search and rescue team from Azerbaijan has saved many lives in the aftermath of an earthquake in our country.

At a time when hope was already fading 108 hours after the earthquake, your rescue teams carried on searching and saved the life of a young man named Isa. As an ordinary resident of the Republic of Turkey I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all members of your search and rescue team and to you.
