On behalf of all the people of Azerbaijan and on my own, I would like to congratulate you and the people of your country on the national holiday of the Republic of Lebanon – the Fay of Independence.

I do hope that Azerbaijani-Lebanese relations will continue to develop and expand on the foundation of friendship and cooperation.
