On behalf of all the people of Azerbaijan and on my own, I would like to sincerely congratulate and the people of your country on the occasion of the national holiday of the Republic of Albania – the Flag Day.

I do hope that Azerbaijani-Albanian relations will continue to develop and expand on the basis of friendship and cooperation and in the interests of our peoples.

On this remarkable day I wish you good health and every success in your activities, and peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Albania.
