Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on raising the salaries of employees of health care institutions

Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and with the aim of further improving the social security of employees of health care institutions and improving state care about them, I hereby resolve as follows:

1. Starting from 1 December 2011, to raise by an average of 10 per cent the official (tariff) monthly salaries of employees of state budget health care institutions under the unified tariff system.

2. To task the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan with resolving all the issues arising from the present Order.
