On behalf of all the people of Azerbaijan and on my own, I would like to sincerely congratulate you and the people of your country on the 20th independence anniversary of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Over the past years, Kazakhstan has covered the road of all-round and dynamic development. The reforms carried out in the political, economic and humanitarian spheres, the important steps towards integration into the global community have shaped modern Kazakhstan and earned your country great respect in the international arena.
Azerbaijani-Kazakh relations, fueled by common spiritual values, are currently characterized by their highest level. By the unanimous will of our peoples, who have historically been linked to each other by strong ties of friendship and brotherhood, this relationship is constantly evolving and enriching.
I am pleased to note that our interstate relations, based on mutual trust and support, provide fertile ground for a fruitful cooperation in all other areas. I am sure that we will continue to make consistent efforts for the successful continuation of our work together both on a bilateral basis and within international and regional organizations.
