President Ilham Aliyev left on a working visit to Moscow, capital of the Russian Federation, to attend the unofficial Jubilee Summit meeting of the CIS heads of state.
At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the President was seen off by Prime Minister Artur Rasizadeh, Chief of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev, and Mayor of Baku Hajibala Abutalybov.
