I am pleased to present to Your Excellency, on behalf of the people and government of the Republic of Paraguay, as well as on my own behalf, the most sincere congratulations on the occasion of the remembrance of the Republic Day of Azerbaijan.
I am convinced that the cordial relations that exist between our countries will be further strengthened in the days to come, in order to advance together towards the goals of peace and prosperity that we all yearn for.
