The support of the Azerbaijani people, a strong and cohesive team have enabled you to achieve great success in serving your country. We are watching the progress of Azerbaijan. Without a doubt, it is a product of your perseverance, hard work and sacrifice. Your economic strategy has enabled you to reduce poverty in a matter of three years, while GDP growth in Azerbaijan has been one of the highest in the CIS. In the first four years of your presidency, the economy has made an impressive leap forward. Frankly, this causes admiration and deep respect for you as a prominent politician and a wise leader of your people.

Ilham Heydar oglu! You have always been a great friend of the Chechen people and Russia. I am convinced that good relations between our brotherly nations will continue to grow and develop.
