Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amending Order No 2090 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 16 April 2007 “On approving the State Program on the education of Azerbaijani youth in foreign countries in 2007-2015”

Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:

To introduce the following amendments to Order No 2090 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 16 April 2007 “On approving the State Program on the education of Azerbaijani youth in foreign countries in 2007-2015” (Collection of Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2007, No. 4, Article 346; 2009, No. 6, Article 424):

1. The word “approved” in bullet 3 of Clause 3.5 shall be followed by the words “by the Commission of Education under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan”.

2. The word “compilation” in the “Monitoring indicators” column in Clause 8.4.1 of the “Action Plan on the implementation of the State Program on the education of Azerbaijani youth in foreign countries in 2007-2015” shall be replaced with the words “approval by the Commission of Education under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan”.
