Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amending Order No 579 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 4 November 2009 “On approving a new make-up of the Intergovernmental Commission on Bilateral Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on behalf of the Republic of Azerbaijan”

Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:

1. The following amendments shall be introduced to Part 1 of Order No 579 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 4 November 2009 “On approving a new make-up of the Intergovernmental Commission on Bilateral Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on behalf of the Republic of Azerbaijan” (Collection of Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2009, No. 11, Article 904):
1.1. The words “Niyazi Safarov – Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be preceded by the words “Nazim Samadov – Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan” and the words “Safar Mehdiyev – First Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be followed by the words “Gudrat Gurbanov – Chief of the State Maritime Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan”;
1.2. The words “Teymur Mehdiyev – Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be removed.
2. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with sending an appropriate notification to the Republic of Lithuania regarding a new make-up of the Commission specified in Clause 1 of the present Order on behalf of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
