President Ilham Aliyev has received the President of the International Cycling Union, Patrick McQuaid.
The President of Azerbaijan noted the importance of the international biking tour dedicated to the memory of nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev and stressed that this international event covers not only the capital but also the regions of the country.
