Dear Mr. President,

On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and myself, I convey my most sincere congratulations to You and your people on the national holiday of the Republic of Maldives – the Independence Day.

I hope we will continue our joint efforts to develop relations of friendship and cooperation established between Azerbaijan and the Republic of Maldives. 

I wish you all the best, and peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Maldives.
