President Ilham Aliyev has received the chairman of the Russian State Duma Committee for CIS affairs and relations with compatriots, Leonid Slutskiy.

Stressing that the relations between the two countries in political, economic and cultural fields were developing successfully, Leonid Slutskiy described them as a good example of cooperation within the CIS.

President Ilham Aliyev expressed his satisfaction with the successful development of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Russia in various fields and voiced his confidence that this cooperation would expand in the future.
