President Ilham Aliyev has received the chairman of the Constitutional Court of Bulgaria, Evgeny Tanchev.

Recalling his visit to Azerbaijan two years ago, the chairman of the Constitutional Court of Bulgaria, Evgeny Tanchev, said he was witnessing rapid development processes in the country. Evgeny Tanchev stressed the international importance of the Eurovision song contest and the Crans Montana Forum held in Azerbaijan.

President Ilham Aliyev stressed the importance of such international competitions and forums in terms of the demonstration of Azerbaijan’s success to the world. He said such international events would be held on a regular basis in the future.

The sides exchanged views on the expansion of relations between Azerbaijan and Bulgaria in various fields, including the cooperation between constitutional courts.
