Governed by Clause 24 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:

1. To award Masim Abdulla oglu Hajiyev the diplomatic rank of envoy extraordinary and plenipotentiary of second class.

2. The present Order shall become effective from the date of signing.
